What EAL® projects are found in this Foods section?

When Evidence Analysis from other projects is directly related to FOOD topics, you can also find a summary of the research in this section of the EAL.
- For example, the Celiac Disease evidence analysis project looked at the research related to oats and wheat starch. You can find these evidence summaries both in the Celiac Disease project under the Diseases and Conditions tab AND in this Foods section by selecting Grains (found in the menu bar on the left).
- Another example is that evidence summaries related to Nuts and Almonds are available in the Disorders of Lipid Metabolism project under the Diseases and Conditions tab AND in this Foods section by selecting Nuts (found in the menu bar on the left).
